Diwali Stall put up by International Academia

Venue- The Belaire
Date- 5th November’ 2023
Audience- Parents and nearby community
Purpose- Promote school brand-International Academia

The Diwali stall organized by our school to promote awareness about our International programmes was an endeavor that brought together student volunteers, parents, and the local community. The event showcased various activities and products to engage and inform attendees about our school's international programmes.

We started the day with assembling and decorating our stall. The location provided for our stall wasn’t suitable for us since we had added new games and were located far from the games area. Students and staff got together to make sure our stall was standing out of the rest to make it as attractive for everyone. We had displayed our paintings, jams and pickles as well as the students took the lead in engaging with all the parents and kids and played games with them. The footfall at Belaire was relatively low in comparison to the Palm Springs. We generated INR 3200 INR (cash) and 1100 INR (online) making it a total of 4300 INR in all.

The student volunteers did a commendable job by engaging with the crowd and trying to get in as many parents and kids to our stall. Their enthusiasm in running around and communicating with the crowd was praise worthy. I'd like to express my sincere gratitude to the Sports Department for their unwavering support and guidance at every stage, as well as to the IT Department for their invaluable assistance in managing devices both on-site and remotely. A special appreciation goes to the Administration Department, whose support was indispensable in successfully setting up the stall. They not only provided manpower but also facilitated our travel arrangements, making our task significantly easier.

I also wish to extend heartfelt thanks to the school management for their unwavering support and encouragement toward our collective goal of excelling and generating maximum interest and awareness about our school's international academic programme.

Plan Ahead:

Since we have perishable food items like jams and pickles still left with us, we plan to sell them to our school staff at a lowered price.
